This privacy policy sets out how the Toronto Transit Commission Pension Fund Society (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “we” and/or the “TTC Pension Plan”) collects, uses, and discloses, any personal information that you give us or that we collect when you use our website at www.ttcpp.ca (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that the TTC Pension Plan may process as part of our administration of the pension funds that we administer for employees of the Toronto Transit Commission.

The Site is intended to provide information about the pension funds that the TTC Pension Plan administers for employees of the Toronto Transit Commission.

Google Analytics is used on our Site. Google Analytics is a web analytics service that provides statistics and basic analytical tools for search engine optimization purposes. We may also share information with service providers that assist us with the activities described in this Privacy Policy, such as analytics companies, and companies that help us run our website.   

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have in the event of bankruptcy, or if we or any part of our business merges with or is acquired by a third party, or if any such transaction is proposed.

Personal information we collect is managed from our offices in the Toronto Region. 

Even though we have taken steps to help protect the personal information in our control, you should know that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information. Personal information that we collect may be stored and processed in Canada or any other country in which our service providers maintain facilities, including in the United States. We do not intend to collect information on this website from children who are under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not provide us with any information. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, you may ask to review or delete this information.
