This privacy policy sets out how the Toronto Transit Commission Pension Fund Society (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “we” and/or the “TTC Pension Plan”) collects, uses, and discloses, any personal information that you give us or that we collect when you use our website at (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that the TTC Pension Plan may process as part of our administration of the pension funds that we administer for employees of the Toronto Transit Commission.

The Site is intended to provide information about the pension funds that the TTC Pension Plan administers for employees of the Toronto Transit Commission.

We share your personal information and other information with third parties that help us use this information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
