Heather Wolfe
Chief Executive Officer
Heather Wolfe is the Chief Executive Officer of TTCPP, overseeing the implementation of the Plan’s strategic vision and all operational matters. An actuary with over 30 years of experience, Heather has spent her time working with pension plans in many different capacities. Her career spans consulting, plan sponsorship, pension risk management and asset management. Heather holds a degree in actuarial science and history from the University of Toronto and is a qualified actuary in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. Committed to financial security for members, she brings deep expertise and leadership to TTCPP, ensuring the Plan’s long-term sustainability.

James Clarkson
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
James is responsible for the financial functions of the TTCPP, including corporate finance and investment administration, investment and regulatory compliance, and others. Since joining TTCPP in 2012 he has facilitated strategic projects that include the overhaul of the accounting book of record, developing employee pay and benefits systems, and establishing the framework for enterprise risk management activities. James holds Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designations. He is active in the pension community, and sits on the United Church, Pension Plan Advisory Committee and CPA Canada’s Pension Investment Management Committee. He also sits on Renascent’s Fellowship Board of Directors and their Executive and Audit Committees. James is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA).

Titi Desbiens
VP Human Resources
Titi leads the human resources strategy and function at TTCPP. A Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), she brings over 15 years of experience building HR foundations, developing people strategies, and supporting teams through growth and change.
She advocates for equity and fair workplace practices and is passionate about creating inclusive cultures where people feel seen and valued. She previously served on the board of the Human Resources Professionals Association, Toronto Chapter.
Titi holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Management from York University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Toronto.

Andrew Greene
Chief Investment Officer
Andrew oversees TTCPP’s investment portfolio. He has been a senior leader within the investment functions of TTCPP since joining the organization in 2017. Andrew brings 25 years of pension and investment experience and has been responsible for establishing and developing TTCPP’s investment team. He is regularly invited to speak at industry events and conferences on investment strategy and has been nominated for the Investment Officer of the Year award by Canadian Investment Review in 2021. Andrew is a Certified Alternatives Investment Analyst (CAIA) and a Certified Investment Manager (CIM), as well as a member of the Pension Industry Association of Canada (PIAC), CFA Institute and CFA Society Toronto. He is Chair of the Investment Committee for United Church of Canada Pension Plan and sits on the Investment Committee of York University Pension Plan. Andrew holds an MA from Binghamton University and a BA from Ithaca College.

Donna Miyasaki
VP Communications
Donna is Vice President of Communications at TTCPP, where she oversees member communications and education. A strategic leader, she is passionate about helping members understand their pension benefits in a clear and meaningful way.
She leads TTCPP’s outreach and education efforts, including seminars and personalized resources that support members throughout their careers. Donna is also the founder of the Pension Education Network (PEN), a professional community for those delivering pension education and communications.
Earlier in her tenure, she led the development of TTCPP’s first website, updated Mission, Vision and Values, and refreshed brand identity.

Helen Redmond
VP Pension Administration and Corporate Secretary
Helen Redmond leads the TTC Pension Plan’s Member Services team with a clear mission: delivering the best possible experience for members. She is focused on clarity, accuracy, and service excellence at every touchpoint. As Corporate Secretary to the Board, Helen also oversees governance, compliance, plan policy, and regulatory reporting – ensuring members’ interests are protected and prioritized.
A collaborative and values-driven leader, Helen champions continuous improvement and innovation to better serve members today and into the future. She serves on the United Church of Canada’s Pension Advisory Committee and the PABAS project steering committee and is a member of the National Payroll Association and Governance Professionals of Canada. Helen holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and a Pension Plan Administration Certificate from Humber College.
