A possible Canada Post strike may affect mail delivery in the coming weeks.
Here’s what it means for you:
For Active Members
- Now is a great time to sign up for our email list so you don’t miss important updates.
- Annual entitlement statements are currently being printed. If there is a strike, delivery may be delayed. You can contact us to request an alternate delivery method — we can send it to your work location via interoffice mail (marked confidential) or by secure email.
For Retired Members
- If you receive your pension by direct deposit, there’s nothing to worry about — payments will continue as usual.
- If you receive a cheque by mail, we recommend contacting us to switch to direct deposit now to avoid delays.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- All members were sent a notice and registration link for the AGM in the Spring newsletter. Register for the AGM
