The annual Members Survey is an opportunity to hear directly from our members to learn how well we’re serving their needs.
Feedback from this survey helps inform the initiatives we undertake each year in support of our strategic plan.
This year’s survey saw a 41% per cent increase in participation, with respondents comprising a cross-section of active and retired members.
Among the notable highlights:
- The top priority for members is making sure the Plan provides retirement income that will support them throughout their lives.
- Overall, 75% of respondents rated their interaction with TTCPP as excellent or very good.
- Both retired and active members feel a strong sense of financial security toward their retirement or future retirement.
