The short answer is no
TTC Pension Plan has been receiving questions and concerns about the eligibility age for the federal government’s Old Age Security pension:
Has it changed from age 65 to 67?
In the 2012 budget, the government did announce changes to Old Age Security—changing the age of eligibility from 65 to 67—and this was to become effective in 2023.
However, the 2016 budget overturned this change, and it has not—and will not—come into effect.

The age of eligibility in Canada for Old Age Security remains 65.
